The Sourdough Mining Company's catering service has been serving the Anchorage area with quality foods since 1984. Serving a variety of fresh and unique foods for any event. Our beautiful Creekside Banquet Room accommodates groups up to 85 guests. For smaller groups, room dividers are provided. We have catered events for groups as small as 2 people and as large as 3000 - TAKE THE WORRY OUT OF COOKING AND LET US HELP PLAN A SUCCESSFUL EVENT!

We offer service options:

1. FULL SERVICE: BUFFET-STYLE SET-UP & SERVICE.
Includes food delivery, table, tablecloth, warmers, chafing dishes, trimmings, paper plates, plasticware, napkins, set-up, cleanup and trash removal. The only things we leave behind are very full and satified people. All you do is give us a place to put our table, a 12'x12' minimum.

2. DELIVERY & SETUP: BUFFET-STYLE SET-UP ON YOUR TABLE. Includes food delivery and set-up with plastic tablecloths, serving utensils, paper plates, plasticware, and napkins.

3. DELIVERY ONLY: TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.
Within the Anchorage bowl. If you want us to deliver further out, we'll have to charge a bit extra. No minimum number of meals.

EXTRAS YOU MIGHT NEED: We have a full range of rental equipment available. If you need chafing dishes, warmers, tables or even chairs, just ask our catering director.

PAPER PRODUCTS & SERVING UTENSILS: Paper Set-up: paper plate, fork, spoon, napkin .50 cents per person
